Business to Consumer Transactions: 

 

If you change your mind you must inform us in writing within 7 working days. The goods must then be returned to us within 30 days and we will issue you with a full refund. Working days means Mon-Fri. This is in accordance with UK Distance selling laws. Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. We will refund the total purchase price of the products and the delivery charges. You will be responsible for the return delivery charges. We always advise that you return goods to us in a manner that is insured and requires a signature upon receipt so that there can be no dispute as to whether or not the items have been returned.
  

In the case of goods which are supplied wrongly we ask that you report this to us within a reasonable time so that we can discuss and arrange to send the correct part. Please note that airbags and related components are a specialist item and sometimes an item may be despatched wrongly. At Airbagsforsale.com we pride ourselves on being able to resolve any issues such as this quickly and efficiently. In the event we cannot supply the correct part we will issue a refund. Please advise us of any such discrepancies within 7 working days of delivery.

 

NO RETURNS, CREDIT OR REFUND: IF AIRBAGS HAVE BEEN PAINTED, ALTERED, OR DAMAGED WHILE IN THE POSSESSION OF THE CUSTOMER OR DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING WHILST BEING RETURNED unless collection was arranged by ourselves.

 

Business to Business Transactions (Garages, Repair Shops, Repairs of Cars for Profit) 

 

Please note that Airbags and related components often require specialist knowledge to identify the correct part and although every care is taken to dispatch the correct items mistakes do occur and any discrepancies must be notified to us within 48 hours of receipt. If Airbagsforsale.com was at fault we will firstly attempt to rectify by sending the correct part. It is important that you advise us immediately you suspect that the part supplied is incorrect. We cannot be held responsible for your purchasing alternative parts that are more expensive if you have not asked us to replace the part first. We will do all possible to despatch the correct part to you when we have been at fault and if we cannot supply the correct part we will refund you in full.

Please call the sales office number on 01455 233373 and ask for your sales manager or quote the document number in the top right hand corner of your invoice.

If the customer is at fault in ordering an incorrect part we will also where possible identify the correct part and dispatch on receipt of the incorrect part. The customer will be responsible for sending back the incorrect part and there will be a second delivery charge for sending out the correct part. Any difference in price of the parts will either be refunded by us or any additional payment be made by the customer prior to dispatch.

  

If the parts are simply no longer required (This includes instances where you have gone on and purchased elsewhere) and if goods are returned to us in original condition within 7 days then a refund will be allowed minus a handling fee of up to 50% plus any carriage charges. Return carriage of goods must be arranged by the customer and adequate insurance is also the responsibility of the customer. We always advise that you return goods to us in a manner that requires a signature upon receipt so that there can be no dispute as to whether or not the items have been returned.

Goods returned after 14 days will not be considered for any type of re-imbursement.
